A win for the Baltimore Ravens will give them 11 wins, and strengthen their lead as the No. 1 seed in the AFC Playoff picture.

A loss for the Jacksonville Jaguars will send the Jags to 8-6, which could muddy the waters in the AFC South division.

The Indianapolis Colts and Houston Texans are both currently 7-6, so a loss for Jacksonville this week could lead to a three way tie in the AFC South heading into Week 16.

For this potentially high-stakes Sunday Night Football matchup, I’ll place a Same Game Parlay on FanDuel.

Lamar Jackson – OVER 219.5 Passing Yards and OVER 1.5 TD Passes

Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens’ passing attack continues to strengthen under the tutelage of new offensive coordinator Todd Monken.

Last week against the Los Angeles Rams, Jackson threw for 300 yards and three touchdowns for the second time this season.

The Jacksonville Jaguars 30th-ranked passing defense provides Jackson and the Ravens an opportunity to show off once again.

The Jaguars have allowed an average of 278.5 passing yards per game, and other than Will Levis of the Titans, every QB that Jacksonville has faced since their Week 9 bye has torched their defense.

Here’s how opposing QBs have fared against the Jags’ defense in the last five games.

JAX OpponentQuarterbackQB Results
Week 10: San FranciscoBrock Purdy19/26, 296 yds, 3 TD
Week 11: TennesseeWill Levis13/17, 158 yds, 2 TD
Week 12: HoustonC.J. Stroud26/36, 304 yds, 2 TD
Week 13: CincinnatiJake Browning32/37, 354 yds, 1 TD
Week 14: ClevelandJoe Flacco26/45, 311 yds, 3 TD, 1 INT

Those QB’s have completed 72% of their passes over the last five weeks against the Jaguars for an average of 284.6 passing yards per game and eight touchdown passes to only one interception.

Jackson has averaged 225.7 passing yards per game, and against the Jags’ defense, I see no reason for him to finish beneath his passing yards prop of 219.5.

Due to the poor nature of this Jacksonville defensive secondary, I believe Jackson will throw two touchdown passes as well.

The Jaguars have allowed 22 touchdown passes, the second worst mark in the AFC Conference (LA Chargers: 23).

Jacksonville will indeed be Jackson-ville on Sunday Night Football.

Pick: Jackson – OVER 219.5 Passing Yards (-114 FanDuel)

Pick: Jackson – OVER 1.5 TD Passes (+136 FanDuel)

Zay Flowers – OVER 4.5 Receptions and OVER 53.5 Receiving Yards

Flowers has not produced numbers one could call “eye-popping”, but he has been very consistent throughout his rookie campaign.

In 13 games, Flowers has recorded 50+ receiving yards in eight games, but has not exceeded 78 receiving yards, which he also just happened to produce in his first career game.

In last week’s rainy game against the Los Angeles Rams, Flowers caught six passes for 60 yards and a touchdown on 10 targets.

With tight end Mark Andrews off the field due to injury, Flowers has tallied 18 targets over the last two games, which is nine targets per game.

When Flowers receives at least nine targets, which he has done in four games, he is averaging seven receptions and 64.8 receiving yards.

I’d expect Flowers to be the most targeted receiver from Jackson this week, and he should approach his high-target averages of seven catches and 65 yards.

Pick: Flowers – OVER 4.5 Receptions (-198 FanDuel)

Pick: Flowers – OVER 53.5 Receiving Yards (-114 FanDuel)

Isaiah Likely – OVER 3.5 Receptions and OVER 33.5 Receiving Yards

Isaiah Likely is the top tight end in Baltimore now that Andrews is out, and in his first two starts, Likely has collected nine receptions for 123 yards and a touchdown on 13 targets.

This matchup against Jacksonville presents Likely a solid opportunity.

The Jaguars have allowed 763 yards against tight ends in 13 games, which is 58.7 receiving yards per game to tight ends.

Likely only needs 34 yards to eclipse his receiving yards props, and that number has been reached eight times by opposing tight ends against Jacksonville this season.

Likely should receive enough targets to tally four catches as well.

Pick: Likely – OVER 3.5 Receptions (+124 FanDuel)

Pick: Likely – OVER 33.5 Receiving Yards (-114 FanDuel)

Travis Etienne OVER 50.5 Rushing Yards

It’s difficult to pass against the Ravens’ passing defense. Baltimore is only allowing 209.8 passing yards per game.

There may be some chances to run against the Ravens though.

Baltimore’s defense has allowed 104.2 rushing yards per game, which is good for a solid ranking of 12th in the NFL.

The Ravens have allowed an opposing running back to tally 50+ rushing yards in eight games this season.

With Jacksonville losing wide receiver Christian Kirk, the Jags may turn their focus to the ground game in Week 15.

Etienne has averaged 62 rushing yards per game this season, but in the last five games, Etienne is only averaging 44.6 rushing yards per game on 13.6 carries.

This will be the first time in a few weeks that Etienne will enter the game without an injury designation, so his rib injury issues may be behind him.

I’m expecting Etienne to get back to his higher-usage role from earlier in the season when he averaged 18.9 carries per game in the first six weeks.

Pick: Etienne – OVER 50.5 Rushing Yards (-114 FanDuel)

Heavy on the Ravens.

Betting NFL Same Game Parlays

Same game parlay is just like a regular NFL parlay bet, except all bet selections come from different wagers within one football game.

The benefit of an NFL same game parlay is achieved by combining multiple bets so you can go for bigger wins as the odds increase.

The more bet selections you add, the more difficult it is to win, but the odds also greatly increase so is the potential winning amount.
